10:18 AM EDT, 09/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- BETA Technologies said Monday it filed a registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering of its Class A common stock.

The company, which manufactures electric aircraft, applied to list the shares on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker BETA.
