10:14 AM EST, 11/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- BETA Technologies ( BETA ) said late Monday it priced an initial public offering of nearly 29.9 million class A common shares at $34 apiece.

The electric aerospace company said it granted underwriters a 30-day overallotment option to buy up to an additional 4.5 million class A shares.

The offering is expected to close on Wednesday, and shares are expected to debut on the New York Stock Exchange today under the ticker "BETA," according to a statement.
