Better Choice Receives NYSE Warning for Violating Disclosure Rule

04:22 PM EDT, 05/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Better Choice ( BTTR ) said Friday it received a warning letter from the New York Stock Exchange Regulation for not complying with an exchange rule on disclosure of material news.

The warning was issued Tuesday because the company did not notify the exchange or provide an advance copy of the announcement before issuing Q1 results on May 17, according to Better Choice ( BTTR ).

The company shares fell 8.4% in recent after-hours activity.

Price: 4.12, Change: -0.38, Percent Change: -8.44
