09:10 AM EDT, 07/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Beyond Air ( XAIR ) said Tuesday it has signed a purchase agreement for therapeutic gases with Premier for its LungFit PH system and disposable nitrogen dioxide smart filters.

The agreement allows Premier's network of US hospitals and health care providers to access pre-negotiated pricing and terms, the company said.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Beyond Air ( XAIR ) shares were up 9% in Tuesday premarket activity.
