Beyond Air Gets 180-Day Extension to Regain Nasdaq Compliance
Feb 5, 2025 8:28 AM

10:55 AM EST, 02/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Beyond Air ( XAIR ) said Wednesday that it secured a 180-day extension, through Aug. 4, to regain compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirement for continued listing.

The company was notified of its non-compliance with the listing rule in August 2024 and was initially given until Tuesday to cure the deficiency, according to the statement. Beyond Air ( XAIR ) subsequently requested for the extension.

Beyond Air ( XAIR ) said the extension does not affect its Nasdaq listing and its shares continue to trade on the bourse.

Beyond Air ( XAIR ) shares were up nearly 1% in recent trading.
