09:34 AM EDT, 06/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Beyond (BYON) said Monday that Chandra Holt has stepped down as chief executive officer as the company eliminated the co-chief executive roles amid structuring changes.

The Bed Bath & Beyond owner said other changes include the elimination of the dual chief merchant roles and the expansion of the role of executive chairman Marcus Lemonis.

Dave Nielsen has been named president to oversee key operational areas, while Adrianne Lee will continue as chief financial and administrative officer, the company added.

Shares of the company were down nearly 4% in recent early Monday trading.
