04:46 PM EST, 02/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Food-tech innovation company Beyond Oil ( BEOLF ) , after trade Friday, said it has signed a distribution agreement with Deep Frying Solutions, a new company in Gujarat, India.

Under the deal, the distributor will sell Beyond Oil's ( BEOLF ) oil filtration solution to restaurants across India. The agreement includes an initial order of one 6 ton container and a commitment to purchase four 40-foot containers in the first year, the company said.

Over five years, the distributor is committed to purchasing 57 containers, totaling about US$9.58 million. The partnership marks Beyond Oil's ( BEOLF ) expansion into India, where the distributor will engage in marketing, training, and product demonstrations, the company added.

BOIL was down 0.05 or 2.15% at $2.25.
