BeyondSpring Raises $3 Million via Stock Sale

05:53 PM EDT, 06/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- BeyondSpring ( BYSI ) said Wednesday it sold approximately 1.3 million shares to Dr. Quanqi Song at $2.36 apiece.

The company raised roughly $3 million in gross proceeds from the offering, according to a regulatory filing. The company plans to use the net proceeds to fund research and development, and for general corporate purposes.
