05:53 PM EST, 01/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- BGIN Blockchain ( BGIN ) said Oisin Li, co-founder and chairman of the board, and independent director Paul Tsang purchased a combined 68,100 Class A common shares.

Li acquired 60,000 shares at an average price of $3.70 each, while Tsang purchased 8,100 shares at $2.85 apiece, BGIN said Thursday in a statement.

BGIN shares rose 4% in after-hours trading.
