BGM Group Adds Chairman Role to CEO Chen Xin

09:04 AM EST, 02/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- BGM Group ( BGM ) said Friday that it has appointed chief executive officer Chen Xin as chairman of the board, effective March 1.

He succeeds Zhanchang Xin, the founder, who will step down on March 1, the company said.
