BHP and Lundin Mining to buy Filo for $3.25 bln

July 29 (Reuters) - BHP Group ( BHP ) and Lundin Mining ( LUNMF )

will acquire Filo Corp ( FLMMF ) for C$4.5 billion

($3.25 billion) and form a equal-part joint venture, Filo ( FLMMF ) said

in a statement on Monday.
