WASHINGTON, July 19 (Reuters) - U.S. President Joe Biden

has been briefed on the CrowdStrike ( CRWD ) global tech outage that

disrupted operations across multiple industries on Friday, a

White House official said.

"His team is engaged across the interagency to get sector by

sector updates throughout the day and is standing by to provide

assistance as needed," the official said.
