04:07 PM EDT, 08/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Big Rock Brewery ( BRBMF ) on Thursday said it the appointed William Woods as its interim chief financial officer.

Woods, who has 25 years of C-suite financial experience, replaces James Chong, who served as CFO for the last 13 months. No reason was given for Chong's departure.

"We look forward to welcoming William to Big Rock and to leveraging his extensive experience," said chief executive David Kinder.

Shares of Big Rock Brewery ( BRBMF ) closed up $0.05 to $1.06 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
