BigBear.ai Deploys Biometric ID System at Chicago O'Hare; Shares Rise 5%

03:04 PM EDT, 10/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- BigBear.ai ( BBAI ) said Thursday it deployed its veriScan biometric identity platform at Chicago O'Hare International Airport to support US Customs and Border Protection's Enhanced Passenger Processing program.

The artificial intelligence-based system verifies travelers' identities in real time, cutting average processing times to about 10 seconds per traveler, the company said.

Shares of BigBear.ai ( BBAI ) rose 5% in recent Friday trading.
