04:54 PM EDT, 06/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- BigBear.ai ( BBAI ) appointed Sean Ricker as interim chief financial officer, effective immediately, succeeding Julie Peffer.

Ricker, 38, served as chief accounting officer since August 2022, the company said Friday in a regulatory filing.

Peffer left to pursue other opportunities, the company said.
