Bilibili Completes Purchase of Convertible Notes

06:24 AM EDT, 06/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Bilibili ( BILI ) announced on Friday that it has completed the repurchase of its 1.25% convertible senior notes due 2027.

The company said $66,000 worth the notes were validly surrendered.

Shares of the Chinese online entertainment platform were down more than 2% in recent premarket activity.
