04:43 AM EST, 11/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- BILL Holdings ( BILL ) is considering a sale, news outlets reported Tuesday, citing unnamed sources.

The bill payment and invoicing platform is working with advisers on a potential sale after calculating its shares are undervalued, Reuters reported.

The sales talks are preliminary and a deal could fail to materialize, according to the reports.

The company did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.

Shares of the company rose more than 13% in recent premarket activity Wednesday.
