Bill Holdings to Repurchase $234.5 Million of Convertible Senior Notes Due 2025

10:12 AM EDT, 05/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Bill Holdings ( BILL ) said Thursday that it has agreed to repurchase about $234.5 million of its outstanding 0.0% convertible senior notes due 2025.

The repurchases are expected to close Tuesday, with aggregate cash repurchase price of about $221.7 million.

After the repurchases close, Bill said it plans to cancel the repurchased 2025 notes, after which approximately $167.3 million worth of the notes will remain outstanding. The repurchases could affect the market price of Bill Holdings' ( BILL ) common shares.

Price: 51.31, Change: +0.28, Percent Change: +0.56
