June 26 (Reuters) - Insurer FWD Group, backed

by billionaire Richard Li, is looking to raise HK$3.47 billion

($442.08 million) through a Hong Kong initial public offering,

according to a regulatory filing made on Thursday.

($1 = 7.8492 Hong Kong dollars)
