08:49 AM EDT, 08/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- BioCardia ( BCDA ) said Friday it is making a public offering of 2.4 million shares for $3.00 apiece or a total of $7.2 million in gross proceeds.

The offering, which is expected to close on Tuesday, includes warrants to purchase up to another 2.4 million shares and each warrant has an exercise price of $3.00 per warrant, BioCardia ( BCDA ) said.

Shares of the company were down 3.5% in recent Friday premarket activity.
