01:16 PM EDT, 03/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Biofrontera (BFRI) filed a prospectus for resale of about 9.3 million shares from time to time by selling shareholders.

The selling shareholders include ITF Rosalind Master Fund, Lytton-Kambara Foundation, the Hewlett Fund, Bigger Capital Fund,

and affiliates of AIGH Capital Management and District 2 Capital Fund, the company said in the filing.

Biofrontera said it will not receive any proceeds from such sale.

The company shares were down more than 2% in recent trading.
