05:57 AM EDT, 04/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- BIO-key International ( BKYI ) said late Monday it has been notified that it is not in compliance with Nasdaq's listing rules for failure to timely file its annual report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 2023, with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company said the delay was because it could not compile and review certain disclosures within the prescribed time frame.

The company said it has 60 calendar days to submit a plan to regain compliance. It intends to file its Form 10-K with the SEC as soon as practicable.
