01:30 PM EST, 01/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- BioLineRx (BLRX) will change the number of ordinary shares represented by American depositary shares to 600 shares per ADS from 15.

The change in the exchange ratio will have the same effect as a 1-for-40 reverse stock split of the ADSs, lowering the number of outstanding ADSs to 3.56 million from 142.3 million, the company said Friday in a statement.

The new ratio will take effect before the start of trading on the Nasdaq on Thursday.
