10:43 AM EDT, 06/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- BioSig Technologies ( BSGM ) said Monday it has appointed Ferdinand Groenewald as interim chief financial officer.

Groenewald is currently the vice president of finance at Alaunos Therapeutics ( TCRT ) , BioSig ( BSGM ) said.

BioSig ( BSGM ) previously announced in February the resignation of Steve Buhaly as the company's CFO.

Shares of BioSig ( BSGM ) fell 1.6% in recent trading.
