Bio-Techne Invests in Spear Bio

10:28 AM EDT, 07/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Bio-Techne ( TECH ) said Monday it has participated in Spear Bio's $45 million series A funding round, along with Foresite Capital and other investors.

Spear Bio will use the funds to advance product development and improve its manufacturing capacity, Bio-Techne ( TECH ) said.

Bio-Techne ( TECH ) shares were down 1.8% in recent trading.
