09:16 AM EDT, 04/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Bio-Techne ( TECH ) said Tuesday it has filed a lawsuit against Molecular Instruments in the Unified Patent Court in Europe over the alleged infringement of its patented RNAscope ISH technology.

The company claims that Molecular Instruments' HCR 3.0 technology infringes its European Patents 1,910,572 and 2,500,439. The lawsuit aims for damages and injunctions to stop the infringement in key European markets, Bio-Techne ( TECH ) added.

Molecular Instruments did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
