10:38 AM EDT, 04/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Bio-Techne ( TECH ) said Monday that it will enter into a product distribution agreement with Thermo Fisher Scientific ( TMO ) , effective Wednesday.

Under the deal, Thermo Fisher, through the European arm of its Fisher Scientific Channel, will distribute Bio-Techne's ( TECH ) products to laboratories and research institutions in Europe, Bio-Techne ( TECH ) said.

The products to be distributed include antibodies, proteins, Immunoassay kits, reagents and enzymes, the company said.

Bio-Techne ( TECH ) shares rose 3.6% in recent trading. while Thermo Fisher was up 0.4%.
