Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $153.6 million, up from $135.4 million a year earlier.

Bioventus ( BVS ) said it expects 2025 non-GAAP EPS of $0.64 to $0.68. Three analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $0.55.

Bioventus ( BVS ) also said it expects 2025 net sales of $560 million to $570 million. Three analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $554.6 million.

The company's shares were up more than 26% in recent Tuesday premarket activity.
