05:02 PM EDT, 03/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- BioXcel Therapeutics ( BTAI ) said Wednesday it has closed a direct offering of about 4.5 million shares and accompanying warrants at $1.739 per share and warrant, raising some $8 million.

The accompanying warrants have an exercise price of $1.614 per share, and expire five years from the date of issuance, it said.
