03:19 AM EDT, 10/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Birkenstock Holding ( BIRK ) said late Wednesday it has signed a deal to acquire its distributor, Birkenstock Australia.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Birkenstock Australia has around 60 employees and annual revenue of 88.6 million Australian dollars ($57.6 million).

Closing of the deal is expected by the end of October, with continuity for all contracts, assets and employees, Birkenstock Holding ( BIRK ) said.
