08:54 AM EDT, 06/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Bit Digital ( BTBT ) said Tuesday it completed a deal to supply an unnamed existing customer with an additional 2,048 graphics processing units over a three-year period.

The customer, which was already paying for 2,048 GPUs, will pay $275 million over three years for the service, the company said.

To complete the order, Bit Digital ( BTBT ) said it agreed to purchase 256 Dell servers equipped with 2,048 Nvidia chips, which are expected to be delivered in July.

Shares of the company were up more than 12% in recent premarket activity.
