05:40 PM EDT, 07/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Bit Digital ( BTBT ) reported Monday it has entered a deal with institutional investors to sell 22 million ordinary shares at a price of $3.06 per share, to raise about $67.3 million.

The company said the direct offering is expected to close on or around July 15.

Bit Digital ( BTBT ) plans to use the net proceeds from the proposed offering to buy Ethereum.
