Bit Origin Says It Regained Compliance With Nasdaq Equity Requirement

09:27 AM EDT, 07/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Bit Origin ( BTOG ) said Thursday it has regained compliance with Nasdaq's minimum $2.5 million stockholders' equity requirement, citing a July 1 notice from Nasdaq.

The company said it filed a report on June 30 showing it met the equity threshold.

Shares of the company were up more than 17% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
