10:36 AM EDT, 09/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Constellation Software ( CNSWF ) said Friday that it has acquired Bit Soft, a provider of integrated hospitality technology in Europe. BitSoft will join Constellation's operating company, Volaris Group.

Founded in 1994, Bit Soft provides integrated solutions for hotels, restaurants, and hospitality chains. The company serves many brands including Burger King, KFC, Subway, Pizza Hut, City Grill and Ana Hotels. As part of Volaris Group's growing foodservice and hospitality portfolio, Bit Soft will gain access to a global network of software companies.

Constellation Software ( CNSWF ) is up $105.25, to $4,416.20, on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
