(Reuters) - Bitcoin, the world's biggest and best-known cryptocurrency, rose 5.17% to $59,609 at 2013 GMT on Friday.

Bitcoin, the world's biggest and best-known cryptocurrency, is up 54.8% from the year's low of $38,505 on January 23.
