Bitdeer Technologies to Launch $150 Million Notes Offering

09:43 AM EDT, 08/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Bitdeer Technologies Group ( BTDR ) said Thursday it plans to offer $150 million of convertible senior notes due 2029.

The company also plans to grant underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to an additional $22.5 million aggregate principal amount of notes.

Net proceeds will be used to expand datacenter, ASIC mining rig development, and for general corporate purposes, the company said.
