01:36 PM EST, 01/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Bitfarms ( BITF ) said Friday it is seeking expert advice on developing its high-performance computing and artificial intelligence, or HPC/AI, strategies to enhance deep learning capabilities.

These technologies can be used to automate workflows, and help the company diversify its portfolio apart from crypto mining.

The cryptocurrency miner said it hired Appleby Strategy Group and World Wide Technology to assess the feasibility of HPC/AI deployments across all its 1,200-megawatt portfolio of North American locations.

The two consultants will also help design and implement rapid sales and development strategies, and market the sites to potential customers, Bitfarms ( BITF ) said.
