Bitfarms Unveils $375 Million At-The-Market Stock Sale

04:21 AM EDT, 03/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Bitfarms ( BITF ) said late Friday it has entered into an at-the-market offering agreement with H.C. Wainwright & Co. for the sale of up to $375 million worth of the company's common stock.

Net proceeds will be used primarily for capital expenditures, working capital and general corporate purposes, the Bitcoin mining company said.
