12:57 PM EST, 11/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- BitFuFu ( FUFU ) on Friday filed a preliminary prospectus for the resale of up to 1.01 million Class A ordinary shares by selling stockholder, according to a regulatory filing.

The company said it does not expect to receive any proceeds from the proposed resale, as all proceeds will go to the selling shareholder.

The selling shareholder may sell the shares from time to time in public or private transactions at prevailing market or negotiated prices, the filing shows.

Shares of the company were down nearly 5% in recent trading.
