04:26 AM EST, 11/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- BitFuFu ( FUFU ) said Tuesday its subsidiary has signed a two-year, $100 million loan agreement with Antpool Technologies.

BitFuFu ( FUFU ) said the loan, at an annual 6.5% interest rate, "will be secured by a portion of the company's bitcoin holdings, with a loan-to-value ratio of 70%."

No funds have been drawn under the agreement so far, the company said.
