Bitmine Immersion Technologies Prices Preferred Stock Offering

08:49 AM EDT, 06/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Bitmine Immersion Technologies ( BMNR ) priced an upsized offering of 3.5 million shares of 9.50% series A perpetual preferred stock at $80 each, the company said Friday.

The offering was increased from a previously announced 3 million shares and is expected to settle on Wednesday, the company said.

The company plans to use net proceeds of around $273.8 million for general corporate purposes, it said.
