BKV Closes IPO of 15 Million Shares

04:34 PM EDT, 09/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- BKV (BKV) closed the initial public offering of 15 million shares at $18 apiece.

Underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase an additional 2.25 million shares at the IPO price, BKV said Friday in a statement.

The shares began trading Thursday on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker BKV.
