04:52 AM EDT, 09/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- BKV Corporation ( BKV ) said late Wednesday that it had priced its initial public offering of 15 million shares at $18 per share.

The company said it has also granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase an additional 2.3 million shares at the initial public offering price.

The shares will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange this Thursday under the ticker 'BKV', and the offering is expected to close on Friday.
