Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected EPS of $0.22.

Revenue and other operating income for the quarter ended Sept. 30 were $277.9 million, compared with $173.1 million a year earlier.

Four analysts polled by FactSet expected $210.7 million.

BKV shares were up 2.3% in Monday's premarket activity.
