08:32 AM EDT, 10/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Black Gold Exploration (BGX.CN) said Tuesday that it expanded its oil, gas and mineral leases in Clay County and Vigo County, Indiana, bringing the total leased acreage to 912 acres from 822 acres.

The leases are subject to Black Gold's joint venture with LGX Energy.

"This acquisition reinforces our commitment to providing stable, domestic energy sources in a market impacted by global instability," Black Gold CEO Francisco Gulisano said.
