05:46 PM EST, 01/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Black Hills (BKH) said late Wednesday that it has completed and energized its 260-mile, $350 million Ready Wyoming transmission project, linking its South Dakota and Wyoming systems.

The final phases were placed in service on schedule in December 2025, the company said.

The investment will see about $300 million recovered through the Wyoming Transmission Rider, with the remainder expected from base rates, it added.
