05:50 AM EDT, 09/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Black Rock Coffee Bar said late Thursday it has priced its initial public offering of about 14.7 million class A common shares at $20 per share.

Underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to about 2.2 million additional shares.

The shares will begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Market this Friday, under the ticker symbol "BRCB." The offering is set to close on Sept. 15.
