Black Rock Coffee to Launch IPO

08:07 AM EDT, 09/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Black Rock Coffee (BRCB) said Tuesday that it is launching an initial public offering of 14,705,882 shares of its common stock for approximately $16 to $18 per share.

The coffee chain owner said it plans to grant the IPO underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 2,205,882 shares at the IPO price, minus underwriting discounts and commissions.
