Black Spade Shareholders Approve Merger with The Generation Essentials

11:40 AM EDT, 06/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Black Spade Acquisition II ( BSII ) and The Generation Essentials said Monday that shareholders of Black Spade approved the proposed business combination on May 30.

The companies expect to close the transaction on Tuesday.

The Generation Essentials will become a public company on closing of the transaction and will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange under "TGE" symbol.

Shares of Black Spade were up 6% in recent trading.
