11:17 AM EDT, 07/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Black Swan Graphene ( BSWGF ) on Tuesday said it reached a commercial agreement with Broadway Colours, a U.K.-based manufacturer of color and additive masterbatches, plastic compounds, and rotational molding powders.

Broadway will use Black Swan's graphene nanoplatelets to manufacture graphene enhanced masterbatches. The agreement includes provisions for joint marketing initiatives to promote both companies' products.

The partnership aims to accelerate the commercialization of Black Swan's graphene products by leveraging Broadway's technical expertise, manufacturing capabilities, distribution and market reach.

Black Swan shares were last seen up $0.005 to $0.11 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
